The Northern Territories refer to the northern noman's lands of the Flanaess. It is sparsely populated by original Oeridian nomads, high elves and snow elves, among other native Flan peoples. There are a few remote outposts along the northern territories that belong to Furyondy and Perrenland.
There is a lot of varying geography along the northern territories, including plains, woods, mountains, and ice lakes.
The climate in the northern territories is generally cold all year long, and crops grow only sparesly, making it difficult to sustain large populations.
